The Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses™ was established in 2010 and is composed of nurses and other healthcare professionals with membership encompassing the whole of Connecticut.

Our mission is to promote Hispanic Nurses to improve the health of our communities and to advocate for access to culturally competent quality healthcare for all Hispanics. 

Additionally, we aim to encourage Hispanics to choose nursing as a career and for Hispanic Nurses to further their education, take on leadership and educational roles in the nursing profession. 

We are a national non-profit organization made up of more than 30 chapters nationwide. We are a small, but growing chapter of dedicated, professional nurses who strive to improve the health of our Hispanic communities and the advancement of Connecticut’s Hispanic nurses.
